Our company is looking for a Financial Controller. We are a fully integrated multifamily development, construction, and property management company in Omaha, NE.

Responsibilities for Financial Controller:

• Provide oversight for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
• Provide detailed financial reporting for multiple entities.
• Responsible for oversight of month-end closings and bank reconciliation.
• Management of internal controls.
• Provide audit support.
• Cashflow forecasting.
• Oversight of accounting team.
• Management of payroll.
• Oversight of human resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in general accounting or finance.
• Public accounting experience is preferred.
